Registered Nurse (RN)

What you'll do

• Assist with admissions and discharges
• complete incident reports and follow-up investigations
• transcribe physician orders and document resident information
• notify physicians and families as needed
• review medication orders
• prepare and administer medications as ordered
• participate in care planning and conferences
• coordinate with other disciplines
• participate in continuing education.
