The Senior Tax Professional – In-Store is an onsite role based in Riverside, CA. Compensation is $32.50–$36.00 per hour, and this role supports the TurboTax retail and flagship locations at Intuit. This role exists to provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers. The professional will act as a community ambassador, building long-term client relationships and driving customer loyalty through personalized service and tax expertise.

What you'll do

• Provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in local marketing.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
