Production Scheduling Coordinator

What you'll do

• Schedule daily workloads across assigned departments
• communicate with sales, supervisors, and expediting personnel
• report changes from customer requirements
• coordinate scheduling priorities
• organize and participate in daily production meetings
• monitor work-in-progress and departmental schedules
• coordinate with Quality on gauges and inspection equipment
• expedite customer orders
• facilitate weekend schedules when needed
• follow safety policies.
