What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, order materials, and supervise work on plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, ventilation, and pumping systems
• supervise minor construction and alteration projects
• maintain records and reports
• support service-contract procurement and administration
• coordinate maintenance activities
• inspect for safety, maintenance, and accessibility needs
• prepare small-project plans and estimates
• analyze energy use
• support budgets, long-range plans, staff development, and safety programs.
