What you'll do

• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity and quality assurance programs
• observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement
• coordinate with other departments
• help create a welcoming environment
• prepare activity areas and recommend equipment and supply needs
• protect resident care information and treat residents with dignity and respect.
