What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, LIHTC and/or Section 8 procedures, and regulatory and funding requirements
• monitor applications and annual recertifications
• conduct file reviews and inspections
• hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• review performance and approve timesheets
• develop budgets and monitor income, expenses, contracts, deposits, rent collections, and invoices
• oversee leasing and resident retention
• address resident concerns
• monitor reporting, maintenance requests, property appearance, repairs, and rehabilitation work
• travel estimated at 25–50% annually for property visits, conferences, training, or other business activities.
