Business Development Representative — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of the firm’s case criteria
• manage an active lead queue and engage at least 25 leads daily
• conduct intake
• answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to internet inquiries
• enter client information into case management software
• send intake paperwork and schedule visits or consultations when needed
• complete questionnaires and answer general questions
• follow up with potential clients
• refer individuals the firm cannot assist to another attorney or firm.
