Material Handler – Warehouse

The Material Handler – Warehouse role is onsite in Knoxville, TN, with pay of $10.50 per hour. The position supports Goodwill Industries–Knoxville’s Middlebrook Pike warehouse. The material handler inspects, classifies, labels, and routes incoming material while helping maintain a safe and orderly facility. The role also supports warehouse operations through equipment use and may assist with truck loading, truck-helper duties, or backup attendant coverage when needed.

What you'll do

• Inspect, classify, label, and route material received at the warehouse
• maintain dock and exterior cleanliness and keep aisles and fire lanes clear
• operate the baling machine according to safety guidelines
• may assist with loading and unloading trucks, work as a truck helper, or provide backup ADC attendant coverage
• attend required meetings and training
• work under the Warehouse Supervisor or Lead Forklift/Baler Operator.
