The Area Manager, After-School Enrichment Programs role is onsite in Aurora, IL, and is part-time, with compensation of $40–$60 per hour. Impact Kids provides enrichment programs at public and private schools, supporting students’ learning, development, and play. The role exists to oversee operations and program quality across assigned school sites. It coordinates with school communities, supports instructors, and helps ensure consistent, well-run programs that meet company standards and families’ needs.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple after-school program sites and ensure consistent, high-quality programming. Serve as a contact for educators, school administrators, and parents
• monitor staffing, scheduling, quality, and compliance. Visit sites, support instructors, troubleshoot issues, provide training and feedback, address parent concerns, and maintain attendance, incident, and performance records. Travel regularly between school locations.
