The paralegal supports attorneys throughout estate-planning matters by preparing documents, organizing client information and files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients and third parties. This work helps maintain compliant files and facilitate clear, timely client service.

What you'll do

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related amendments
• collect and organize client financial, personal, and asset information
• maintain digital and physical client files
• monitor deadlines and follow-up systems
• maintain current knowledge of relevant estate, tax, and probate laws
• communicate with clients, financial advisors, and other third parties.
