What you'll do

• Gather engineering-team feedback through interviews, surveys, office hours, and ongoing engagement
• partner with SRE, DevOps, and Solutions Architecture teams
• support the roadmap for internal developer platforms, including CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, and automation tools
• track product metrics
• communicate updates and prioritization decisions
• support planning, intake, and capacity management.
