It coordinates payroll preparation, employee lifecycle changes, and recordkeeping, and partners with the HRIS Manager to build and enhance UKG processes that reduce manual work and support organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Prepare and validate employee data changes for payroll processing
• coordinate onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other employee changes
• maintain and audit electronic employee records
• support employees and managers with HR policies and documentation
• maintain HR documents
• partner with the HRIS Manager to build, test, and implement UKG workflows
• assist with system audits, reporting, and analysis
• identify process inefficiencies and recommend or implement automation
• document scalable HR processes
• support system configuration for employee lifecycle and data workflows.
