What you'll do

• Provide direct care and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• support hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• implement person-centered plans and document progress
• assist with community integration, transportation, and social activities
• communicate with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals
• promote independence, dignity, and self-advocacy
• respond to behavioral challenges using approved crisis intervention techniques.
