The role helps leaders and employees adopt and sustain agreed practices through implementation and follow-up.

What you'll do

• Interview leaders and employees
• analyze workload, staffing, and spans of control
• map cross-functional interfaces
• develop role descriptions and RACI matrices
• define routine equipment-care responsibilities and escalation paths
• design governance and meeting structures
• identify capability gaps and training needs
• facilitate leadership agreement
• coordinate with HR and workstream leads
• support communication, implementation, and follow-up.
