What you'll do

• Assist the Unit Manager with daily nursing-unit operations, care coordination, staff management, and regulatory compliance
• provide direct care, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, collaborate on resident care plans, participate in quality improvement, and maintain resident-care records.
