What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and security policies
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking facilities, walkways, and perimeter locations
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• monitor access points
• report suspicious activity and facility concerns
• prepare incident reports and communicate with campus contacts, emergency responders, and company leadership.
