Assistant Community Manager — Manufactured Housing Communities

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite at Crystal Pointe Estates in Spanaway, WA, and Viking Estates in Puyallup, WA; pay is $24–$28 per hour for a part-time schedule of 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday. The role supports operations at two manufactured housing communities managed by Investment Property Group. The assistant supports leasing, sales, resident relations, rent collection, administration, and maintenance coordination. The work helps maintain community standards and resident satisfaction while supporting the Community Manager’s operations.

What you'll do

• Promote and sell available homes
• conduct community tours and host weekend open houses as needed
• assist with rent collection and transaction documentation
• handle administrative reporting
• monitor rental and marketing activity
• respond to resident concerns
• coordinate maintenance requests and vendors
• inspect common areas and units.
