The Landscape Install Crew Leader works onsite at residential and commercial project sites in the Waukee, IA area. Pay is $23–$30 per hour, based on experience. RJ Lawn & Landscape installs landscape designs for new and existing customers. The crew leader supervises field installation work and coordinates people, materials, equipment, and project sequencing. The role helps deliver projects to quality and safety standards while keeping customers informed and maintaining accurate time and material records.

What you'll do

• Lead the assigned crew and enforce quality and safety standards
• review schedules, plans, routes, materials, and equipment
• brief crew members on roles and work sequence
• inspect and document job sites
• coordinate equipment and material delivery for multi-day projects
• record time and materials in iCREWtek
• check quality and cleanliness
• update customers on multi-day project progress
• report incidents and damage
• maintain tools and equipment
• perform snow removal as assigned.
