What you'll do

• Manage daily accounting operations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related transaction processes
• oversee invoice entry, payment runs, billing, cash application, and collections
• set team workflow priorities and monitor deadlines
• track invoice aging, past-due receivables, and DSO
• resolve vendor, customer, and processing issues
• use and train staff on SAP, Concur, Tipalti, and Excel
• coach and develop staff and participate in hiring and performance management
• maintain internal controls and documentation
• implement process improvements
• support audits
• reconcile assigned balance-sheet accounts monthly
• coordinate payment timing and collections with the Accounting Manager.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; a high school diploma or equivalent with directly related experience may be considered. Requires five years of accounting operations experience, two years of supervisory experience, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
