What you'll do

• Coordinate sourcing and scheduling of nurses for patient visits
• document authorizations and verify completed visits in the electronic medical record
• submit visit codes and outsourced nursing invoices
• track treatment plans and nursing orders for prescriber signatures
• send referral data and orders for new patients
• create and update service codes and payor information
• review visit notes and invoices for accuracy
• maintain complete and organized medical records
• identify missing documentation
• support timely reimbursement by confirming services are authorized
• communicate with clinical staff and other departments
• protect patient health information.
