What you'll do

• Build customer relationships by listening to financial needs and explaining bank products and digital services
• manage customer requests through resolution and follow up
• open consumer, business, and retirement accounts
• process account maintenance and service requests
• handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, wire transfers, and other transactions
• balance cash box, cash recycler, and vault
• originate and close home equity lines of credit and consumer loans
• open and close the banking center
• participate in staff skill-building, promotions, and community events
• comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Why this role

Full-time, 37 hours per week; high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service or sales experience required; must acquire and maintain a Notary Public license and active Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System registration.
