As a Group Fitness Instructor at The J, you are the energy, the heart and the soul of our classes. You offer memorable, motivating experiences and workouts to help our members achieve their fitness goals. With over 150 classes offered a week, you have the opportunity to instruct a variety of group fitness formats. You will be known as a friendly, inspiring face around the J.
