Contract Site Manager — Air Traffic Control Services

What you'll do

• Represent the company on daily contract matters and attend the 0800 synchronization meeting
• remain onsite during normal duty hours Monday through Friday, 0800–1700, excluding federal holidays, and reachable by phone evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ensure Tower and AIC shifts meet staffing minimums without serving as a controller
• oversee ATC systems, data safeguarding, currency tracking, training and rating programs
• lead phase-in, quality-control reporting, key control, security in/out-processing, and COR interface.

Why this role

The position is contingent upon contract award. Requires six years of Army ATC experience and eight years of related managerial or supervisory experience; a Business Management degree may count for up to half of the supervisory requirement. An active SECRET (Tier 3) clearance must be obtained and maintained. Relocation to the El Paso/Fort Bliss area is required.
