What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty
• assist the Director of Nursing Services with nursing department operations
• maintain and update procedures and reference materials
• ensure personnel follow procedures and job descriptions
• contribute to quality assurance
• participate in facility surveys as requested
• review and update resident discharge plans
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• complete incident reports and administrative documentation.
