What you'll do

• Develop training plans and educational calendars
• coordinate orientation, onboarding, and refresher training
• track training attendance and completion
• assist with clinical competency evaluation
• maintain training documentation
• audit and maintain paper and electronic medical records
• process record requests in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies
• respond to medical-record inquiries
• participate in compliance, quality assurance, and process improvement activities
• rotate call with nursing administration and assist with nursing-floor coverage as needed.
