What you'll do

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance in apartments, common areas, and facilities
• diagnose basic plumbing and minor electrical issues
• complete drywall, painting, caulking, hardware, HVAC, appliance, and other repairs
• prepare apartments for new residents
• conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• respond to and document resident service requests
• follow safety procedures and building codes
• maintain work areas and inventory
• assist with groundskeeping and common-area upkeep
• coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors.
