What you'll do

• Manage the sales process from inquiry through signed residency agreement and deposit
• conduct discovery calls, tours, and follow-up
• maintain lead pipeline and CRM records
• collaborate with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director on lead and campaign performance
• share market and prospect feedback
• participate in regional meetings and reviews
• host community events and tours
• build relationships with prospects, families, and influencers.
