Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney role is onsite in Seattle, WA. The salary range is $225,000–$330,000 per year. The attorney will join a nationally recognized Am Law firm with a highly regarded Seattle litigation practice. The associate handles and supports complex commercial litigation through resolution, working with experienced litigators and clients across court, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution matters. The role contributes legal research, strategy, discovery, advocacy, and client service while offering mentorship and professional development.

What you'll do

• Manage and support complex commercial litigation from case inception through resolution
• conduct investigations and legal research
• develop litigation strategies
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
• manage discovery and e-discovery
• conduct and defend depositions
• assist with hearings, trial preparation, and appellate briefing
• collaborate with partners and clients
• communicate with courts and litigation participants
• and participate in business development and client relationship management.
