What you'll do

• Develop, analyze, and maintain target systems for joint lethal and non-lethal operations
• conduct target system analysis, target development, nominations, target-list management, and combat assessment
• maintain target intelligence records and targeting products in approved databases
• produce analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments
• conduct collateral damage estimation
• develop engagement strategies and target-prioritization recommendations
• analyze intelligence sources for vulnerabilities, capabilities, and operational impacts
• produce reports, briefings, and assessments
• coordinate with planners, analysts, and mission partners
• ensure products meet tradecraft and doctrine
• mentor junior analysts.

Why this role

Requires U.S. citizenship, active TS/SCI clearance, formal Joint Targeting training, and at least 12 years of directly related experience, including some within the last two years. Requires a relevant master’s degree or a related bachelor’s degree plus five additional years of senior experience.
