Awake Night Direct Support Recovery Worker

The Awake Night Direct Support Recovery Worker is an onsite, full-time position in Portland, ME, paying $21.50–$22.50 per hour. The role supports residents in Spurwink’s recovery program and its therapeutic co-occurring milieu. The position exists to provide direct support that helps residents maintain a recovery lifestyle while promoting their health and safety. The worker monitors residents, completes overnight program chores and documentation, communicates observations to day staff, and participates in supervision and clinical team meetings.

What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ health and safety
• complete overnight chores to maintain program cleanliness and sanitation
• communicate relevant information and observations to day staff during shift changes
• complete required documentation
• participate in supervision and required weekly clinical team meetings
• administer client medications as required for this classification.
