Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead daily operations for service technicians, route drivers, and warehouse staff
• manage scheduling and routing
• implement company policies and procedures
• coach employees and conduct performance check-ins
• assign and oversee service work, deliveries, and warehouse workflows
• track productivity benchmarks
• address performance concerns
• resolve customer inquiries and escalations
• perform basic installation and removal of water-treatment equipment as needed
• promote safe work practices
• maintain an organized warehouse
• manage inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies.
