What you'll do

• Assist with monthly menu planning and prepare meals from written menus and recipes according to AoA and USDA requirements
• operate and maintain cooking equipment
• purchase, inventory, receive, and store food and supplies within budget
• serve elders in accordance with dietary guidelines
• clean kitchen and dining areas
• deliver meals to certified homebound elders when necessary
• complete required reports and distribute and collect eligibility paperwork.
