What you'll do

• Execute the weekly training plan by facility and shift schedule
• support continuous improvement and engagement initiatives
• coordinate the training Ambassador identification and certification program
• validate onboarding and Ambassador training
• support the Associate Experience Week program
• lead and validate Powered Industrial-Equipment training and trainer standard work
• manage training-request tickets in Asana
• develop and track training effectiveness
• monitor adherence to training programs
• understand operational workflows and production goals.
