The Prep Cook — Catering and Bistro role is onsite in Challis, ID. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. It follows recipes, prep lists, production timelines, and food-safety requirements while assisting with kitchen tasks as needed.

What you'll do

• Follow recipes, prep lists, and production timelines
• prepare and present food
• maintain a clean station and assist with dishwashing, trash, and recycling
• portion, package, and organize food for off-site events
• coordinate with the Chef and catering team to ensure event orders leave complete, accurate, and on time
• assist where needed during busy production days
• follow food-safety regulations.
