What you'll do

• Lead a group of one to four employees processing dry food materials
• verify project components are ready for production orders
• coordinate line calibration with change-over technicians, material handlers, and operators
• perform in-process checks
• assist with equipment assembly and disassembly
• communicate setup, quality, and filling specifications
• assist in training leads and line employees
• track production goals and report progress
• communicate challenges and solutions.
