Site Superintendent

The superintendent coordinates onsite installation from demolition through startup, promoting safe practices, quality, schedule adherence, and effective project delivery. The role works with business operations, business development, engineering, contractors, and project owners to support customer results and efficient project execution.

What you'll do

• Promote and implement project safety practices
• assess site-specific safety plans and work preparation
• walk sites to monitor safety and quality
• validate contractor schedules and coordinate subcontractors
• prepare meeting minutes and daily logs
• maintain project reports and documentation in Procore
• answer contractor questions and prepare RFIs as needed
• track project changes and as-builts
• support project teams through development, design, implementation, commissioning, and warranty phases.
