What you'll do

• Respond to customer requests by phone, email, and walk-in visits
• provide customer service and technical product guidance
• process rental and sales transactions, order entry, quotations, stock checks, invoicing, and documentation
• coordinate rental tooling and equipment availability
• manage repair work orders, parts sourcing, records, and invoicing
• maintain customer records and system transactions in Sirius, SAP, and other systems
• follow up with customers and contact prospects
• collaborate with branch, sales, and operations teams
• assist with special projects and branch duties.
