Sales Associate

The Sales Associate role is onsite in South Lyon, MI, with stated pay of $13–$18 per hour. Orangetheory Fitness offers group fitness classes designed to support members' fitness and wellness goals. The associate welcomes members and prospects, introduces them to the studio concept, conducts tours, supports first workouts with trainers, sells memberships, follows up with prospective clients, handles member concerns, and helps keep the studio organized.

What you'll do

• Welcome studio visitors
• present the Orangetheory concept to prospects
• maintain the front desk and answer phones
• conduct studio tours
• coordinate with trainers during introductory workouts
• sell memberships and work toward personal sales goals
• follow up with prospects
• address member concerns
• participate in marketing and outreach events
• keep studio areas clean and organized.
