What you'll do

• Lead front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar operations
• oversee food quality, service speed, and cost control
• manage guest feedback and escalations
• own the profit and loss statement and manage food, labor, and controllable costs
• recruit, develop, and retain staff
• build and approve schedules
• maintain the facility
• enforce health, food-safety, OSHA, and liquor requirements
• ensure team certifications are current.
