What you'll do

• Communicate with clients by phone and email
• respond to requests within service-level agreements and resolve Zendesk tickets
• remain available for inbound calls
• troubleshoot using resources and internal documentation
• build product and technical knowledge
• support partner data inquiries with reports
• use iSolved Time knowledge to resolve common issues
• troubleshoot related product and user-access issues and escalate when needed.
