REPORTS TO: RECEPTION SUPERVISOR. PURPOSE: TO PROVIDE CLERICAL AND SUPPORT TO PATIENTS AND STAFF. Answers and directs incoming phone calls, creates encounters, or forwards to appropriate department and schedule appointments as needed. Obtain any records that may be required for patient visits.
