What you'll do

• Clean vacant apartments, appliances, fixtures, and surfaces and remove debris
• perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, bulb replacement, and faucet fixes
• inspect appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
• coordinate repairs with the Service Team
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• conduct routine property inspections and report concerns
• respond professionally to residents, guests, and prospective tenants.
