Personal Care Assistant / Home Health Aide – Evening and Weekend Shifts

The Personal Care Assistant / Home Health Aide role is onsite in Arden, NC, serving Asheville, Weaverville, Fletcher, Hendersonville, and surrounding communities. Pay is $16.50–$17.50 per hour. Right at Home provides in-home care to help seniors remain safe at home. Caregivers support clients’ independence and safety through companionship, personal care, daily living assistance, and observation of changes in condition. The role includes shifts after 3 p.m. on weekdays and work on weekends.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and meaningful activities
• support mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• assist with meal preparation and feeding
• perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders and assist with health-related tasks
• help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• transport clients to appointments and errands
• monitor and report changes in clients’ health and condition.
