What you'll do

• Provide substance use assessments and help determine treatment levels
• develop or contribute to treatment plans
• review levels of care and transition or discharge readiness
• provide individual and group counseling to clients and family members
• facilitate substance use, addiction, and recovery groups
• coordinate with Behavioral Health and Henu’ Court teams
• participate in clinical and individual supervision
• supervise Peer Support Mentors
• maintain client records to Tribal and Medicaid standards
• follow grant and reporting requirements.
