The Follow Pastor works onsite in Castle Rock, Colorado, at Plum Creek Church. Compensation is not specified. The pastor builds and oversees systems, cohorts, services, and teams that guide people from a first visit into ongoing discipleship. Through pastoral relationships, contributor development, and repeatable processes, the role supports Plum Creek Church’s mission of Changed Lives, Changing Lives.

What you'll do

• Lead the Follow pathway and align it with the church’s mission
• develop contributors
• oversee Follow and Alpha cohorts, the Follow Table, Monday Call, and monthly Practice
• champion Formation, Community, Generosity, and Service practices
• maintain participant progress systems and pastoral contact
• recruit, train, and support leaders
• oversee resource distribution and midweek services
• steward assigned budgets
• fulfill pastor-on-call responsibilities.
