What you'll do

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance
• drive occupancy, revenue, and property value while controlling expenses
• manage marketing, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and vendor relations
• recruit, lead, coach, and develop staff
• resolve property issues
• communicate performance and needs to the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams.
