Chief Experience Officer

The Chief Experience Officer role is onsite in Madison, WI, with compensation of $70,000–$90,000 per year and an expected 37.5-hour workweek. Girl Scouts of Wisconsin–Badgerland works to foster courage, confidence, and character in girls and develop future leaders. As an executive leader, the CXO directs programs, camps, outdoor experiences, and after-school initiatives, aligning these experiences with the council’s strategy, participation, retention, and financial goals while developing the teams responsible for delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead council programs, camp, outdoor experiences, and Girl Scouts in Action
• develop and evaluate the annual program portfolio
• ensure program quality and alignment with Girl Scout standards
• build community and educational partnerships
• oversee camp safety, training, risk management, and compliance
• lead and develop managers and staff
• set goals, budgets, and operating plans
• monitor participation, satisfaction, outcomes, revenue, and expenses
• collaborate across departments
• and represent the council with stakeholders.
