Maintenance Technician III

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across buildings, grounds, utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, parking areas, roadways, kitchen equipment, and vehicles
• establish and carry out preventive maintenance programs
• maintain supplies and purchase items within company guidelines
• patrol company assets and grounds
• respond to emergency maintenance needs
• follow applicable safety and environmental programs.
