What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and applicable laws
• process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software
• maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections
• coordinate lease renewals and interim and annual recertifications
• promote the property and build community among residents.
