Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound sales requests and provide quotes for hardware, phones, carrier changes, and add-ons
• support existing clients with upgrades, renewals, and service updates
• conduct outbound outreach to identify upsell opportunities
• track quotes, activities, and follow-ups in CRM and sales systems
• coordinate with Procurement, Marketing, and Service Delivery
• follow quoting standards and meet activity and performance goals.
